  • Spinach and rocket with roasted pumpkin, beetroot, capsicum, fetta, and Spanish onion, combined in Dijon dressing. Topped with garlic prawns (I) and balsamic glaze.

  • Risotto rice with cream, roasted pumpkin, eggplant, and capsicum, with Spanish onion, garlic, herbs, sundried tomatoes and spinach. Finished with parmesan cheese

Steaks - From the Char-Grill

  • Char-grilled 300gm Scotch Fillet, cooked to your liking, served with herb roasted chat potatoes and fresh garden salad.

  • Char-grilled 600gm Gippsland Rib Eye, cooked to your liking, served with herb roasted chat potatoes and fresh garden salad.

We recommend all steaks be cooked to a maximum of medium, as anything after medium affects the quality of the steak. However, we are happy to cook as requested.

Sauces

Mains

  • Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto filled with brie cheese, sundried tomato and spinach. Served on roasted herb chat potatoes, seasonal greens, roasted pumpkin and finished with creamy seeded mustard sauce.

  • Garlic marinated chicken tenderloins topped with tomato sauce, ham and mozzarella cheese. Served with herb chat potatoes and fresh garden salad.

  • Grilled flathead fillets (I) served with herb chat potatoes, fresh garden salad, tartare sauce and lemon wedges.

  • Pan seared barramundi on herb roasted chat potato’s, Dutch carrots, beetroot and broccolini. Complemented with béarnaise sauce.

  • Pan seared pork cutlet served on house made potato rosti, Dutch carrots and seasonal greens. Topped with red wine jus and complemented with beetroot relish.
